Founded by Secretary of State Colin Powell in 1997, America's Promise is a collaborative network of communities and partners to help advance the health and well-being of the next generation-increasing the chances of youth in becoming successful adults. How can kids get the support they need? Harris Wofford has been chairman of America's Promise since 2002.
