CentreVolunteers in Medicine (CIVM) provides medical care for people who work full-time but don’t have health-care benefits, or people who have lost their jobs and their health insurance but don’t qualify for Medicad. Celeste Newcomb, executive director, talks about the many services—including the new dental clinic--that CIVM provides and the difference such services make to people in Centre County.
