To some Western observers, the Muslim veil conjures up images of submissiveness and invisibility. Anthropologist Fadwa El Guindi says it's really a symbol of resistance. Nutritionist Kristine Clark, the host of "Your Health" speaks out against current popular low-carb diets. Eric Leven, developed the first electronic score keeping system for, "The Pennsylvania Game." Today, he's a visual effects supervisor in Hollywood.
