The No Child Left Behind law has been hailed as landmark educational reform, but critics say the federal education plan lacks funding and fairness. Charles Zogby, former Pa Secretary of Education, and Penn State Professor of education Jim Nolan discuss the pros and cons of this legislation. In Where’s Charlie, Charlie Gudeman finds that the city mascot of State College is not powerful nor intimidating, but rather ordinary.
